Day 31- Reflect on what makes you happy

Self reflection can help you clear your thoughts and feeling. From that’s what we started. Do you remember day 1 of this challenge.

When we keep our thoughts and feeling floating in our head , that only makes more Confusion and frustration.
Getting that thoughts on paper can helps you understand why you’re feeling that in a certain way and makes it easier to navigate.

Self love, reflect that you are now more confidence about your opinion , thoughts and choice. Now i can describe what I love about myself.

I really like those has a a deep meaning in it.

– there is no Greater journey than the one that you must take to discover all of the mysteries that lie within you.

When you have a habit of writing your feelings, when you look back at that time you will know how far you have come from that hard day. How much progress you have made.

Remember that at the end you the one who will help your self from sinking in this world .

That little things from posting your pictures and wearing that pretty outfit, cooking and self care.
Doing all this things we are give time to ourselves to relax, understand and regain that energy to face the world.

Day 30 – Bake cookies. It’s okay to treat yourself every once in awhile.

If u have a hard day, great day, ate well all day ,you deserve a treat .There is no specific reason to find to treat yourself anytime.If you always treat yourself then it a part of a day.Treat is supposed to be something out of ordinary.

They are rewards for achievement of your goals. They are best include in your life when you are ahead of your time.

If yesterday u thought I would be great to eat cookies today. Then tomorrow u will be grateful that I have a cookies because all the wanted that. And you would come up with an excuse to eat them.

Spending a quality time with yourself and others. Giggle other jokes and smiling all the while.

Reminder – all this day to follow this self love. Now this is a time to reward yourself with a treat.

You started enjoy with your own company, and loving yourself.
By doing this all little things this days.

Day 29 – Fill in a coloring book.

Have you ever wonder that coloring a book is not only for kids. Even the adults do that for a therapy.
And there are 7 reason why adults should start coloring.
1. Coloring reduces stress.
2. Coloring relaxes your mind.
3. Coloring sparks creativity.
4. Coloring lets you reconnect with your inner child.
5. Coloring is mindful.
6. Coloring has therapeutic value.
7. Coloring is fun.
There is a fine motor skills and visions, reducing anxiety and creating focus.
Books are also a way to get away from the devices. Which keeps us reminding and notifying. Reply for this and that.
But take a time for yourself.
According to this idea, they changes in our moods and biology.

Day 28 – Buy yourself a new dress and go out with your best friends.

Have date with friends chilling and shopping will make your mood booster.
Taking a lot of Selfie and photos , amazing food and roaming all over the street.
After a long time it’s so relief.
Best friend are once who Stick to your side Even in the hardest time.
Giving each other the shoulder to Cry and holding that ears when they did a mistake that what they are for.

Gossiping to giving life tips. Watching them going up and downs.

Sometimes shopping with your best friend is all of the therapy you need.

Day 27 – Lie in the sunshine and daydream about life

Daydream, imagine, and reflect. It’s the source of infinite creativity.

I used to think if that future we can’t predict then why we should talk about it. Why we should plan that every single which is unpredictable. It may happen but if it will not then it will be much more disappointing.

But now I realized that being affirmative about my dreams and working towards them will be the best outcome I will get.

Even if you don’t get your dream job, all you can do I learn and learn more from what you have now till you achieve your dream job.

Talking to yourself with respect with the way you want the people should respect you that way.
Love yourself enough that you don’t need any other love.
Care about yourself enough the way you care for your people.

Have a morning session lie under that sunshine and dream. One day you will be living that day one of your dream life.

Day 26 – Realize that you should be doing things for yourself and not for others.

Remember the one who stays by your side till the end is only you. You are the one who should be loving yourself who you are and becoming.

So the Barbara de Angelis says,
“If You aren’t good at loving yourself, you Will have a difficult time loving anyone since you’ll resent the time and energy you give another person that you aren’t even giving to yourself.”

It is so true what Barbara de Angelis says, being with a partner is good but you should know your likes and dislike first.

It will be difficult to love that person too.

There is another one…
“Love yourself first and everything else. Falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.”

Day 25 – Buy yourself flowers and watch them bloom

As we are doing all of this day-to-day activity don’t forget what was our aim.
All of these things have something or other meaning which is related to it. Try it understand that
If you don’t have a flower at your place have one from a market.
Plant it by yourself. Water it daily, and watching then grow every single day.
Take care of it like your child. Sometimes you can even have a chat session with them just to open your heart. They don’t complain nor deny your talk.

Watching them make yourself that reminder, has my plant grows day by day, shredding they dry leaves, glow that beautiful flowers, and dancing with at wind, fighting with that storms, and living in that heavy rain.

Learn from that little plant. How to fight every single day get ready to have still go to work. Cry in that rain, hold in that storms, leave that toxic side.

Smile next time when you watch your plant.

Day 24 – Dye your hair the color you’d like


I wanted to do this for a very long time.
Though my hair color is not perfectly black. It’s kind of brown and white and black all this mixed.
Ya, I have some grey hair too. As you cut your hair and change your hairstyle you look like a different person. Have you tried that? Next time you do that have a look at what I say. Notice that change in yours.
Color your hair get rid of old you. Grow and glow.

Day 23 – Listen to new music


Try versatile music makes you aware of different tastes of music.
I usually love listening to music in the evening. And jamming with them.
I enjoy myself.
Many people love listening to music while going on a walk.
They engage themselves in the music.
Listen to music can relax your brain cells too.
Now a day students play a clam background songs and do study in that environment it helps to focus.

Hope a try a new music taste today. Little change today can be a change in a life gradually.

Day 22 – Spend the day outside. Go for a walk. Sit in the sun.

Is it’s only me or you guys also love sitting in the sun that golden sun rays and walking outside.
I enjoy these little things, I love talking to nature, that air and the plants, and that brides.
Spend a day outside can try a day out alone or even with your close once.
That beautiful Morning and golden shining rays of sun and air making trees moves.
That cup of coffee and a short breakfast.
Listening to music and meditation.
Walk here and there.
Just feels good even just by imagining it.
It’s peace for me.
