Day 11 – Belt out your favorite song as loud as you can no matter who’s listening


This is one of my favorite. Music heals everything. Just play the song on your device and start jamming with that.

It just changes your entire mood. Starting from the slow rhythm songs and then going the high-energy songs.

I just love that feeling of enjoying myself with that music and being alone, singing along that songs.

Don’t care about who and how the people think of you. Being you doesn’t make you weird, it makes you who you are.

You can sing in your room, at home, even in your bathroom. As many people do that, even don’t have to tell you.

Day 10 – Talk to someone who makes you smile.

There must be few people close to you. Talking with them can literally change your mood.
If not then you can talk to your parents. They have been the best part of our life, who has seen us suffering from so many things. But now been an adult does make no difference.
We even now share with them.
Sharing can make you feel light a better half your weight get rid.
So don’t make yourself heavy just share and laugh.

Day 9 – Forgive yourself for a mistake that you made.

People have habits of holding the things inside that till it hurts hard on yourself.
So now it time to let it go. Let your worries fly away from you.
Talk to yourself, forgive yourself. That past that done now, it can’t be changed.
The only thing you can change now it is your future.
By being free from that past. That mistakes your holding. That person you were attached for.
Now it’s time, let it go.
It not easy to do, but once you made up your mind. Gradually you will feel way more better.

Day 8 – Stretch. Do some sun salutations in the sunlight.

After self-care, building some healthy habits. Do some sun salutations in sunlight.
A little bit warm up. Doing all things will give you a different feel every day.
Start from 3 sun salutations a day then 5 and then 10 and as much as you can.
I do 5 if I have less time. Sometimes 10 sun salutations.

  • Doing this will also benefit your body. It ingrained discipline within you. It is a full-body workout.

  • Helps relax mind
  • Improves flexibility
  • Helps burn excessive fat
  • Help building mental focus
  • Improve blood circulation
  • Improve muscle tone
  • Improve posture
  • Helps cope with insomnia

Day 7 – Put on a face mask and paint your nails. Pamper yourself.

Many girls would love to do this pampering session.
But so many people don’t pamper themselves, they just engage themselves in the work a lot that they don’t have a time to look for themselves and pamper, relaxing a bit.
Many people avoid that self care is another side of the self love don’t forget that .
If you don’t have a time to go out in salon to pamper.
Then you can even do all this at your home.
Just take a few minutes of your day and do self care. Just enjoy that feeling of being you.

Day 5 – Take a long bath with lavender oil

Lavender is often used to promote relaxation and balance, which allows us to have a more restful sleep.
It will also have stress-relieving properties which makes it more effective in mood booster.

Lavender helps aromatherapy which will calm anxiety, parts of brain controls emotions.

It says ” The use of essential oil when you are feeling low self-esteem or Experiencing self worthless ” this potent will help you to feel cherished and valuable.
