Day 21 – Stare in the mirror and list 5 things you love about yourself today


Many people say sometimes…see your face in the mirror and then come. Now it’s time to stand up, go to your mirror and look at yourself. And say the that 5 positive sides of your self you love about yourself

How you have faced that sad time of your life and fight and still continue.
How you love your smile when you laugh your heart out.
How beautiful your soul is.
What you love about yourself.
What you have loved the most today from the action.

Day 20 – Make a conscious effort to be more positive

If you are still struggling to be positive and hard on yourself loving.

Remember that
What you think of yourself will reflect that into your action, and that will return in your results. So to get those results you first have to start from your mind. Start thinking positive and the rest you will receive that best in the result.

The new things you do the more you will feel proud of yourself.
Never ever talk negatively to yourself.
Only greats things are going to happen to me.
I can do it.
I’m capable of achieving my dream.

Create a positive quote board in front of your desk. Or on any wall which will catch your see every now and then.

Day 19 Do something you enjoy

Do something you enjoy like paining, sketching, dancing, singing, writing, talking, go for a walk, workout.

Whatever you enjoy do it. Some people love baking in there free time. Therapy suggest do that activities that makes you present in the moment and makes you engage in it.

Like coloring book is also suggest even you are adult. Shopping is also enjoyed by girls.

Day 18 – Call up an old friend you haven’t talked to in awhile

Friend with who you shares a lot of memories once. Is now buzy doing this chaos.

Take you phone scroll through that contact and just call that person.

Tell them how much you miss them, how you use to fight, how you used to talk hiding from the teacher.

And smiling all the time will refresh your golden memories. A little shred of tears in your eyes. Wanna relive that moment and joy over a while.

Day 17 – Try a new food

Trying new dishes gives you a new experience. Try the dish which you have watched on YouTube or Pinterest and save it that you will do that later.

Now take this time and do or just go out to that restaurant. Now there is even an option to order the food online, you can even try that.

Try every new experience, live in that present of the moment. Make new memories, let your past which made it hard to love yourself.

Go get that friend plan for the weekend and try a new dish in a new place. Have a nice talk session with Friends is also therapy.

Day 16 – Wake up early and watch the sunrise

As you slept early yesterday, will make you awake early in morning.
Now that you woken up get fresh and go for a walk around your house.
Or even from your home you can watch sunrise. That beautiful beginning of the day.

Soke that vitamin D, Look at the golden rays, that sparkling beauty around you, which is getting glitter by that sun rises.

Watch around, breath a little, soke that freshness in the air. Get ready your mind for that day.

Day 15 – Go to bed an hour earlier than normal


Now that you getting back to routine. Following that organized manner. Put your phone aside 1hour before you go to bed.

Talk that affirmation to yourself. Think positive stuff is going to happen to you.
Let go of all the negative thoughts of the day. Just think positive.

Whatever you have learned today. What best things have happened to you.
Talk to that universe, talk positively.
Then go to sleep.

Day 14 Organized your closet, strip your bed sheets

That stack of clothing all over your room, now making your room mess.
With folded and randomly here and there. Not at all in organized manner.

Take a time from your day. Just Remove that bedsheets and mess all over your room. Start cleaning it tie your hair up grab a few snacks break in the middle. And then start doing again.

You will feel so refreshing after cleaning your room. Living in the organize place will save your time to get things fast.

Day 13 – Pick up a book you’ve always wanted to read.

We usually make a list in our mind and make a stack of that books. But end up reading nothing but, be lazy in bed.
So today we are going to read that first book which comes to your mind. And wanted to read for so long.
But always end up being procrastinating.

Read that book for a amount of time you have in your busy schedule day. Will make you feel.

That now you are taking that time for yourself which you were procrastinated for so long.
Small achievements that make so many people happy. Doing that small task complete. Makes me happy.

Makes happily satisfied for completing that task for myself which had been waited for me for so long.

Day 12 – Write down all of your dreams and aspirations


Now you got time, so start talking to yourself. The positive side of you is getting overpowering. The more you talk good to yourself. The more you would like the grow, develop yourself.

Write down in your journal by putting the bullet points.
