It’s Okay…

It’s okay to feel low sometimes;

But once you are done make sure you feel jovial.

It’s okay to fall down;

But make sure you rise up high.

It’s okay to feel stressed;

But make sure you know how to calm and relax yourself.

It’s okay to feel lonely at times;

But make sure you socialize yourself.

It’s okay to feel afraid sometimes;

But be bold and courageous enough to overcome fear.

It’s okay to commit mistakes;

But make sure you don’t repeat the same mistake twice.

It’s okay to feel angry;

But don’t let anger control you.

It’s okay to cry sometimes;

But once you are done put a smile on your face.

It’s okay to feel emotional;

But don’t let your emotions control your mind.

It’s okay to be broken;

But allow yourself to heal and move on in life.

It’s also okay to not feel anything. Don’t let yourself dive into flood of emotions. Whatever you are feeling now is just momentary and is going to fade away as time passes. Emotions don’t define you, they are just a part of your journey. Just remember that at the end everything’s gonna be okay.
