Hello everyone! Hope you all have been well. Writing this blog after a very long time. The thing that changed my life by doing these tiny things. It just takes minimal time of your day. And you are still been productive.

Daily affirmations

As you guys have been reading my blog for a long time must be known to the blogs of affirmations. As I do affirmation of month’s blog for every month. Even before writing the blog, I started doing this affirmations practice. I mostly do this affirmation at night before I go to sleep.

You can’t just see the grand picture and it will sparkle your day, things inside that picture just can’t do that. The simple thing you can do is affirm our goals in your mind and you will feel the freshness in the air.

Reading

Once I start with my reading the books then I’m a crazy reader. Can’t wait till the end of book?

So as your mind is fresh to absorb new to your brain started reading 30 min every day in the morning. We say we read? But do we really read? Or we just scroll through social media?

Reading calms mind, gives information, increase our knowledge.

Drinking water, stay hydrated

As we see this word many people tell us to stay hydrated, get to know more about these words through social influencers. But do we really stay hydrated? Observe yourself. I feel more awake and ready to take on my day when I drink 1 glass of water.

I will give you one piece of advice: drink more water from a glass often, avoid drinking water from the bottles. If you more often drink from a bottle, then keep it clean or either don’t drink by bottleneck hold it a little higher.

Like a Indian style of drinking water

Meditating

10 to 5 minutes are enough for doing the meditation. Meditation can clear your mind, bring more creative ideas to life. As during this covid situation. We need to be strong. Breathing exercise helps us.

Stretching

Stretching a bit morning will help to relax my muscles. As we young people going to go and binge watches the shows. So before going to bed wait just do a warm-up to relax that stress muscles.

Vegan Chai Latte

Hello guys!! Here I’m back with the vegan latte. From the basic to the classic. Making it is very easy and only a few ingredients are required.

What is masala chai?

Masala chai is basically the tea the spicy ingredients, which is most popular in India but the number of fans for this chai is increasing all over the world. The basic and chai and masala chai have a difference in them. The specialty is their ingredients from its original place of spices.

Main things are:

Black tea

Milk

Maple syrup (for sweetness)

Spices like ginger, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, black pepper

For this masala chai latte you’ll need:

Black or chai tea

Chai spices (listed below)

Sweetener (cane sugar, maple syrup)

Dairy-free milk of choice (almond is best)

Raw cashews (optional for thickening)

Coconut whipped cream for toppings

Instructions

Add water, tea, and spices to a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for another 10-15 minutes to fully steep.

  1. Remove from heat and add almond milk and sweetener of choice and stir. Warm for 2-3 minutes off the heat, and then pour over 2 serving mugs (amount as original recipe is written // adjust if altering batch size) using a fine mesh strainer.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, adding more for sugar or maple syrup (or honey if not vegan) for sweetness, and ground cinnamon for a little extra warmth.
  3. OPTIONAL: For an extra creamy texture, add your chai tea mixture + soaked cashews to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. I added more sweeteners, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger for extra spice.
  4. Either reheat briefly on the stovetop or microwave and serve. Heat modestly as the mixture can thicken quite a bit when reheated for too long. If it gets too thick, thin with more almond milk or water.
  5. Top with coconut whip and a dash of cinnamon and serve. Leftovers keep well covered in the fridge for up to a few days, though best when fresh.

Vegan Matcha Latte

Good morning guys! Ah, so to make your morning more energetic and refreshing I have something for you. Guess what! Its Vegan Matcha Latte. Its special kind of green tea that you will love it. Here’s the recipe. Try it!

What is Matcha ?

Matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves, traditionally consumed in East Asia. A traditional way to make the matcha is with the bamboo whisk is used to create uniform consistency.

Matcha powder is expected to have  a stress reducing effect.

Matcha is a powdered green tea containing 137 times more antioxidants than brewed green tea.

How to make a matcha?

This can be make using 4 – ingredients, and within 5 minutes it is easy to make, and super yummy.

We can change it accordingly.

Take a matcha powder 1tbsp

Add a maple syrup

1 tbsp hot water

Next ingredients is important add a dairy – free milk , you can even try a coconut milk

Then whisk it with a bamboo whisk make it smooth, bright green, creamy, antioxidant-rich, and sweet, and at last delicious.

Adding a ice will be cool .

ADD-INS optional

1/4 tsp maca root powder

1/4 tsp ashwaganda

1 Tbsp (15 g) coconut butter

Instructions

Add matcha powder to your serving mug along with sweetener of choice and hot water. (If adding add-ins like maca, ashwagandha, or coconut butter.)

Whisk with a bamboo whisk or a metal whisk until completely dissolved. If you don’t have a bamboo whisk, you can use a spoon or a metal whisk or even blend the latte in a blender. Bamboo whisks are gentle on the matcha and also help it dissolve more completely. So if you like matcha, I recommend investing! Otherwise, use what you have.

Once the matcha is completely dissolved, heat your coconut and macadamia milk (or other dairy-free milk). I added mine to a frothing pitcher and steamed it on our espresso machine, but you could also heat it in the microwave or on the stovetop until hot and steamy. To get more froth, you can whisk vigorously or use a handheld frother.

Pour dairy-free milk into your mug – latte art optional (mine 1st time was very funny – lol). Taste and add more sweetener if needed. I found that, when I used the macadamia nut milk, I only needed a bit of maple syrup. Enjoy immediately fresh matcha latte.

Hardworking Tears

Have you ever been an athlete? If yes, you must know how hard work you did and what you learn from those days.
If you have never been an athlete. It’s ok you might have seen a competition once in your life.
The athlete is for just a few hours or days in front of us. But for those few days how much they have spent their sweat and effort.
Their dedication for be a winner.

But have you ever observe when the participant won the competition. Why he or, she cries over that. Even though they won the competition then why they been a sad person.

That tears are of hard work, that tears are of the amount of time they have put on extra on themselves. That tears are of the sacrifice of all the things they wanted to do but they didn’t.
That tears are the results of the sweat and blood working towards that goal to Achieve.

That awards makes them so much overwhelmed. That they just can’t control over there emotions.

You can be a winner Or loser in your life. Keep going ahead is a apart of life. Be true to your goals.

Day 31- Reflect on what makes you happy

Self reflection can help you clear your thoughts and feeling. From that’s what we started. Do you remember day 1 of this challenge.

When we keep our thoughts and feeling floating in our head , that only makes more Confusion and frustration.
Getting that thoughts on paper can helps you understand why you’re feeling that in a certain way and makes it easier to navigate.

Self love, reflect that you are now more confidence about your opinion , thoughts and choice. Now i can describe what I love about myself.

Day 30 – Bake cookies. It’s okay to treat yourself every once in awhile.

If u have a hard day, great day, ate well all day ,you deserve a treat .There is no specific reason to find to treat yourself anytime.If you always treat yourself then it a part of a day.Treat is supposed to be something out of ordinary.

They are rewards for achievement of your goals. They are best include in your life when you are ahead of your time.

If yesterday u thought I would be great to eat cookies today. Then tomorrow u will be grateful that I have a cookies because all the wanted that. And you would come up with an excuse to eat them.

Spending a quality time with yourself and others. Giggle other jokes and smiling all the while.

Reminder – all this day to follow this self love. Now this is a time to reward yourself with a treat.

You started enjoy with your own company, and loving yourself.
